Little baby garden haul before the rain. When we say from dirt to jar, we mean it. Picked and processed right then. Zero pesticide, ( my kid free ranges from our garden and good luck telling him it has to be washed first. So, we just work with nature, not against it) Today’s baby haul yields a quart of garlic dill, a pint of Fire and three pints of Peppa sauce. Oh, forgot to tell yall Appalachia is back in stock! As always, orders are open! Yall grab some while the gettin is good before the fried pie fest eats up all our inventory!

Tomorrow is the day! Yea yea, I know it might rain! Join us anyway and praise the good lord it’s raining! We have all begged for it enough! We will be set up first thing in the morning with all of your favorites! Intro to our seasonings! First up, Hot salt. Hot salt starts as Mediterranean Sea salt. Infused with the same pepper mash blend we use for pain train, dehydrated and packaged. Precisely control your heat level. Fantastic pop of heat and flavor when used with any salt grinder! Next up, smoked bourbon peppercorns. Best used after the cooking process to preserve flavor. For our heat lovers! Yea pain train is hot, but it’s not just all pain and zero flavor. We have captured the floral pretty taste of these peppers along with garlic and other spices. Hey guys! I had a minor surgery and having some medication complications so bear with me! We are still filling holiday orders but on a very limited stock. We lost our friend and produce vendor do to shutting his business down and had to drop back and punt. We have a new vendor but this late in the year is impossible to get great produce. We also shut it down after our Bremen Christmas festival anyway and take a much needed break. We will be back in full swing early spring 2026.
Current inventory is as follows.
Pickles- OG, garlic Dill, Appalachia, sweet and spicy, mustard.
Hot sauce- pain train and pineapple habanero
Seasonings-Hot Salt
Hot chow chow, cowboy candy, pain train cowboy candy. Deli mustard.
