August 2026: club updates, activity and recruitment planning was followed up with a discussion and practice on greeting behavior, figure 8 leash, and paw pad use. In addition, pups were treated to some homemade frozen and biscuit treats while humans enjoyed donuts. Puppies in attendance include: Sloan (10 month old FYL), Charm (7 month old (FGLX), and guide Disco (23 month old (FLGX). Brief description on each photo.

First Fun Day for first time raisers and their first pup. Thank you Cathy, Ron, their ten-year old granddaughter, and Miss Sloan (9 months old FYL) for representing the club this year. Fun Days provide wonderful training, socialization, camaraderie, and memories. Guide Dogs for the Blind never disappoints with their creativity. 2026 Theme: National Barks
