The Phoenix Club of Orange County The Phoenix Club is a German cultural and social club founded Anaheim in 1960. The Bierstube restaurant is open to the public.

Club membership is open to people who have an appreciation of German culture and the German language. Please note that the kitchen closes at 8 pm on all evenings. Oktoberfest is beginning on September 16 and runs until October 23 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Bierstube restaurant and bar will be closed during Oktoberfest. This will be announced on this page.

Last night some of the board and business committee were out at Taste of Brea promoting the club. We had drawings for gift cards and people were happy to see us and learn the club is in Brea!

It is with deep sympathy that I inform our members of the passing of our long-time member, past President, and Honorary President Paul Gunnemann.

Paul was a dedicated leader and a valued friend to many within our club. His contributions and commitment over the years have left a lasting impact, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
