Never Stop Grinding Impact Our purpose is to provide love, empathy, and resources. Never Stop Grinding Impact, is on a mission to make a positive impact on at-risk youth and young adults.

We will provide them with the tools and resources needed to grow into positive, successful, and loving adults. When you invest in the youth, you strengthen the future for everyone in the community.

Day 2 of the IEHP Foundation Champions for Vibrant Health Capacity Building experience! đź’™

Today was all about growth, reflection, strategy, and strengthening our organization for the future. We took a deeper look at what must remain anchored as we grow—our mission, vision, values, relationships, and organizational strengths—while also identifying where we can continue to evolve.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside other community organizations, exchange ideas, and bring new tools and strategies back to NSG Impact. Every conversation and every lesson helps us become stronger and better equipped to serve our community.

Two days down, one more to go! We’re excited to finish strong tomorrow and put what we’ve learned into action. 💪🏿⚙️

Day 1 of the IEHP Foundation’s Champions for Vibrant Health Capacity Building Program was a great success!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, connect with other community leaders, and strengthen NSG Impact’s capacity to continue serving our community at an even greater level.

One day down, two more to go. We’re looking forward to everything still ahead and bringing these lessons back to the work we do every day.

The NSG Grind Team is joining Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for the 2026 MADD Inland Empire 5K, and we’re inviting our entire community to join us!

You DO NOT have to be a member of NSG, a boxer, a runner, or even an athlete. Walk, run, bring the family, bring your friends, bring your coworkers just come move with us for a cause that saves lives.

We are excited to introduce the Never Stop Grinding Impact Youth Workforce Readiness & Career Planning Program, powered by Bank of America.

This hands-on program will help high school students build the skills, confidence, and professional exposure needed to prepare for life beyond high school. Students will gain experience in resume development, interview preparation, workplace professionalism, career exploration, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, school/work balance, and more.

A major focus of the program is connection. Students will engage with local businesses, organizations, professionals, and government agencies, giving them opportunities to build relationships and gain exposure to career, internship, mentorship, and employment pathways.

Select participants may also be recognized with monetary sponsorships and career advancement support, including laptops and technology, college application fees, vocational training, professional attire, career-related equipment, transportation assistance, entrepreneurship support, and other resources to help them take their next step.

We are grateful to Bank of America for investing in this work and helping us create meaningful pathways toward education, career readiness, and economic opportunity for young people.

CURRENT OPENINGS:

PART-TIME YOUTH BOXING INSTRUCTOR

PART-TIME YOUTH AFTER SCHOOL SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING INSTRUCTOR

POSITION DETAILS:

$40/hour

Year-round, part-time position
School-based in Rialto, CA

Elementary & Middle Schools

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Must be available starting at 2:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS:

• Boxing experience required for the Boxing Instructor position
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass FBI/DOJ Live Scan
• Experience working with youth desired
• SEL training will be provided

We’re looking for positive role models who can connect with students and bring consistency, energy, and professionalism to our school-based programs.

Today’s food distribution came with a very special little volunteer the daughter of our CEO & Founder .💙🙌🏾⚙️

At NSG Impact, we believe the future starts with what we teach our children today.

She may be little now, but she represents the next generation of NSG Impact and who knows, we may be looking at the future CEO! đź‘‘đź’Ľ

Teaching our youth to give back at an early age is about more than volunteering. It’s about teaching compassion, leadership, responsibility, humility, and the importance of serving others. We want our children to understand that true leadership isn’t just about being in charge it’s about being willing to serve.

Today, she wasn’t just watching from the sidelines. She was helping, learning, smiling, and experiencing firsthand what it means to show up for her community.

This is legacy. This is leadership. This is the future. ❤️

One day, she may be leading NSG Impact herself. But today, she’s learning where it all starts: serving the community.

Today was all about COMMUNITY! ❤️💪🏾⚙️

Another successful NSG Impact Food & Diaper Distribution! Together, we were able to provide our community with:

🥬 Over 30,000 pounds of fresh produce
👶🏾 Over 40,000 diapers & wipes
🍼 Baby formula for families in need

A HUGE shoutout to our incredible VOLUNTEERS the real MVPs! 🏆 You showed up, worked hard in this heat, and served our community with love. We couldn’t do this without you!

Everything we do comes straight from the heart. ❤️ Seeing families leave with the resources they need reminds us exactly why we keep showing up.

Thank you to everyone who came out today, volunteered, supported, and helped us continue making an impact.
