One year ago yesterday, we had a beach clean up to kick off ACT's first event for community betterment. Today, I had the honor of painting and delivering the sponsor board for Surfside St. Patrick's day parade. However, these past few months have particularly difficult with my mother still being in the hospital and the passing of my Uncle Chuck. Although, I know that they would always want me to do my best for myself and others and like my Uncle Chuck, I hold community service close to my heart.

Hey Y'all! ACT has been on a little bit of a hiatus due to a knee surgery. But I wanna get back into it similarly to how I started; at Surfside beach. However, this time I want to add stuff rather than pick up. After Christmas, on December 28th, I am looking to pick up unwated live Christmas tress and take them to beach to help build up the dunes. The service will be no charge of course, but I will be accepting donations for community betterment. Just shoot my a message with your name and address if you want me to stop by. Thank you!

Make sure to come check out the back to school fundraiser. Assist, Care, and Thrive (ACT) will be having a bake sale with a myriad of treats The Happy Bean Project will be selling their delicious coffee and drinks. We will be accepting monetary and supply donations to help local students and teachers in need! We will also be giving out some supplies as well, including clothes. The event will be on August 8th from 12 to 2 pm at 111 Plantation Dr in Clute. We look forward to seeing you!

Just a reminder that our first back to school bash is this sunday, August 8th, 12pm- 2pm, at 111 Plantation Dr, Lake Jackson, TX 77566 with the Happy Bean Project!
We have school supplies and clothing donations for pre-k through college students!
Come out and get some amazing coffee/drinks and grab some sweets from our bake sale as well!
