Turning Point of Windham County Stronger Recovery Through Compassionate Peer Support. When people choose a life free from addiction, Turning Point is here to help. And we are on the bus route!

Our peer-run center offers recovery meetings, wellness offerings, recovery coaching, and sober recreation events for individuals, family members, and loved ones. We offer a safe and welcoming place for recovering people and their loved ones to meet, talk, learn, and grow in recovery. Recovery means you don’t have to be alone. We are easy to find at 39 Elm Street, Brattleboro just past the transportation center on the right. We have plenty of free parking and the coffee pot is always brewing.

Today, we paused to honor International Overdose Awareness Day.
This afternoon, we gathered for a beautiful flower petal vigil. While our circle was small, the space we shared was incredibly powerful, beautiful, and cathartic. Each petal released represented a story, a loved one, and a shared commitment to remembering those we have lost without stigma. To anyone out there who is carrying the weight of grief, struggling, or missing someone tonight: please know that you are not alone. There is a community here that understands, holds space for you, and cares.
As we honor those we've lost, we also look forward to National Recovery Month starting tomorrow. Together, we continue to carry the light of hope, support healing, and celebrate every step forward in recovery. Thank you to everyone who joined us today to breathe, heal, and honor our loved ones together.💜

Today, August 31, is International Overdose Awareness Day, and tomorrow kicks off National Recovery Month. To mark this meaningful transition, we are holding a special, intimate Daytime Flower Petal Ceremony right after our All Recovery meeting.🗓️ When: Today! Immediately following the 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM All Recovery Meeting (Around 12:05 PM)📍 Where: Gather with us out on the front lawn at Turning Point of Windham County🌸 What: Everyone will be given a cup of flower petals. We will read a short reflection and dump our petals together on the grass to create a vibrant, shared circle of remembrance, support, and hope.Whether you want to share a name, honor a milestone, or reflect in quiet solidarity, your presence is welcome. You do not have to carry your journey alone. Come as you are.

🎷🎻🪗🎸 BRATTLEBORO PORCH FESTIVAL IS BACK! 🎸🪗🎻🎷

This Saturday, throw on your walking shoes (or hop on your bike!) and follow the music through the neighborhood — because this year's lineup is playing from porches all over town.

💚 All admissions are freewill donation, and proceeds benefit Turning Point Recovery Center of Brattleboro — so every dollar you drop in the jar goes toward supporting our neighbors in recovery.
