Community Meal at the Chalet. Community is built in the everyday moments we share. Recently at our permanent supportive housing site, a Groundworker prepared BLTs with fresh local tomatoes and lettuce—and bacon cooked to perfection—for residents and staff to enjoy together. Sharing a meal is a simple tradition, but an important one. It creates space for connection, conversation, and belonging, reminding us that housing is about more than having a place to live. It’s also about being part of a community. Sometimes, community looks like gathering around the table.

Today is Load the Latchis, hosted by the Brattleboro Reformer at the Latchis Theatre! We're at 303 seats and $7,575 toward our $18,000 goal—let's fill every seat!
