🎉 Congratulations to Joy Labudzinski on her promotion to Office Manager! Joy has served as our Council Registrar for the past five years and has been involved in Scouting since 2013. Her dedication to supporting our volunteers and families has made a tremendous impact across the council. Outside of Scouting, Joy loves horses and the outdoors. We’re excited to see her step into this new leadership role!

🎉 Congratulations to Kim Gifford on her promotion to Senior Field Manager! Kim has served as a Field Manager since 2021 and has played a major role in supporting Scouting across the Hudson Valley. She has also served as the Camp Director for Camp Bullowa’s summer camp program. We look forward to her continued leadership and impact on Scouting in our council.

👏 Please join us in welcoming Ariana Lopez-Gonzalez as our new Council Registrar! Ariana joins the council with a background in human resources and a personal connection to Scouting through her younger brother in Cub Scouting. We’re excited to have her supporting our Scouting families and volunteers.

👏 Please join us in welcoming Melida “Mel” Rodriguez-Chavez as our new Field Manager serving the Algonquin and Mohican Districts beginning June 1st! Mel brings experience in operations, marketing, customer service, recruitment, and team development. A graduate of the University at Albany, she is fluent in Spanish and passionate about community engagement and helping organizations grow. We’re excited to have her join the Scouting America team!

👏 Please join us in welcoming Daniel Murray as our new Field Manager serving the Croton River and Dutchess Districts beginning September 1st! Daniel currently serves as the Camp Buckskin Program Director at Curtis S. Read Scout Reservation and brings experience in marketing, communications, and youth leadership. An Eagle Scout and recipient of Camp Manager of the Year at Camp Read, Daniel is passionate about Scouting and youth development. We’re excited to have him join the team this fall!
