Most of the year, the club's modular railroad is located in the lower level of Branson Hobby Center in Hollister, Missouri. The layout remains assembled and operational and is open to the public. Several times during the year the layout is disassembled and transported to events such as model train shows. Although no member is required to travel to these events, all members are encouraged to join t
he fun. Presently, the club room has an HO, 12’ X 40’ Modular layout, powered by a Digital Command Control operated with an MRC, DCC system. We use NMRA (National Model Railroad Association) measurements and specifications for most equipment. Having equipment that operates properly makes an operating session more enjoyable for all. With the addition of new corners and a staging yard, a new metro area, and more... it will be one of the larger modular layouts in South West Missouri.
