It has come to our attention that there may be some misinformation going around regarding the upcoming municipal election. A candidate has claimed to be backed or endorsed by both Branson police and fire. The Branson Officers Association has not endorsed any candidate for alderman. Any candidate claiming to be backed by our lodge or the Branson Police Department is being untruthful. Branson Professional Firefighters Local 152 have only endorsed Ralph LeBlanc. Any other candidate claiming to have their endorsement if being untruthful. Please take the time to research your candidates before voting. Our municipal elections are incredibly important and directly impact our daily lives.

Today we celebrate our dedicated K-9 officers, both active and retired, who work tirelessly to help keep Branson safe—along with all the dogs who bring joy and companionship into our lives.

Whether they’re on patrol or relaxing at home, dogs remind us of life’s simple joys and the unmatched gift of unconditional love.

Here’s to our four-legged heroes and companions who make the world a brighter place! 🐾

You never know what you’ll find on patrol! This week, our officers came across a friendly game of cricket, something a little different than what we’re used to seeing around here.

What started as simple curiosity turned into great conversation, lots of laughs, and even a quick lesson in the game. We may not have mastered cricket (yet), but we walked away with some awesome new friends and a memory we won’t forget.

Moments like these remind us that community is built through connection, shared experiences, and a little bit of fun.
