Jeans for Teens

Jeans for Teens Jeans for Teens was organized to help local teens that may not have the means to purchase new clothing. Jeans can be worn multiple times before washing.

Jeans for Teens holds fund raising events and all proceeds go to serve the local community. Serving teens enrolled in 7th through 12th grade each fall an event is held to provide a NEW pair of jeans to students. This service is provided to allow students to be able to focus on their studies and not on their clothing. Jeans are universal, durable and allow teens to have a since of dignity and pride

with their peers. Every $30 helps buy a pair of jeans. We partner with Target and Maurices and other local businesses to help provide for students. Your Donation is Greatly appreciated!

Tonight was our annual Jeans for Teens giveaway event at Target and Maurices. We had a steady stream of teens from schools in Taney and Stone County.

Every year I love to see the kids and every year my cup is filled.

I want to thank Roger and Jenny Peshel Frieze, Renea Daniels, Jammie Allen for all their support and help tonight, the cashier at Target, Kelsie Rachel Thomas at Maurices and her staff and Wendy Trevor for being on the board of Directors.

To the gentleman who stopped and donated money to help a teenager, you are the kind soul that Jeans for Teens admires. You are the person who sets the example and helps those in need. For your story you shared, God truly is good.

Until next year...if you know of a teen in need please reach out to me. We do help students year round.

Big Shout out once again to our smoker sponsor LOWE'S in Hollister for donating the grill and cover.

We raised $1610 to buy jeans for our teenagers in Stone and Taney County!

Last night thanks to Wendy Youngblood sharing an opportunity with us and Trevor at Trevor's Concrete sponsoring our table, Jeans for Teens got to come together collectively with 28 other charities and nonprofits to share our stories and our passions on serving and helping our community.

What a nice event. THANK YOU to Wendy and Trevor for believing in our Mission in order to grant us this opportunity.

The food was great as were the conversations. Thank you Renae Daniels for helping with our table and sharing the word about Jeans For Teens.
