BRANSON HAS A CRITICAL NEED FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING!

Did you know that a 2023 Branson Chamber study revealed that the Branson area was approximately 2,200 housing units short?

That is a staggering number for a community our size and highlights the tremendous need for affordable housing for those who live and work right here in Branson.

At Elevate Branson, we believe everyone deserves a safe, quality place to call home without the overwhelming burden of unaffordable rent.

That is why we are so excited about Elevate Community!

With rent at just $495 per month, including ALL utilities, we are helping provide affordable housing for seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities and hardworking frontline workers who are such an important part of our community.

We know we cannot solve Branson's housing shortage alone, but we are committed to being part of the solution.

Every tiny home represents more than affordable housing. It represents stability, dignity, hope and a place to call HOME!

“I love Elevate Community and those adorable tiny homes, but how do you make sure they stay nice and are well taken care of?”

We love this question, and we want our community to know that this is a priority for us!

At Elevate Branson, our vision goes far beyond providing affordable housing. We are committed to creating a safe, clean, welcoming neighborhood where residents take pride in their homes, care for one another and build a strong sense of community.

Meet Kristol France!

Kristol has been part of the Elevate Branson family for nearly six years and serves as our Elevate Community Property Manager.

Kristol meets with our residents regularly, encouraging them to take pride in their homes, helping them maintain their properties and addressing maintenance concerns as they arise.

We want our residents to feel proud of where they live, and we want the greater Branson community to feel just as proud of this beautiful new neighborhood.

Elevate Community is about more than tiny homes. It's about creating a neighborhood built on respect, responsibility, relationships and a genuine sense of belonging.

Take a moment to watch this video, meet Kristol and learn how we are working together to keep Elevate Community a beautiful place to call home!

Did you know Elevate Branson offers an after-school program for local kids?

Many children living in weekly or extended-stay motels can’t attend traditional after-school programs because transportation is a barrier for their families.

That’s where Elevate Kids steps in! We pick students up from school, provide a safe and fun environment, serve a meal, and make sure they get home afterward.

We’re so grateful for the volunteers and donors who make this program possible - thank you for investing in these kids and their futures.

HAVE YOU EVER DREAMED OF STARTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS?

Maybe you have a great business idea or have considered starting a side hustle to bring in extra income but aren't sure where to begin.

That's where our Elevate Entrepreneurs Program comes in!

Our program helps aspiring entrepreneurs learn the practical steps, skills and tools needed to turn their ideas into reality. From planning and budgeting to understanding the challenges of owning a business, we want to help set our students up for success.

We are incredibly grateful for the business professionals in our community who generously share their time, knowledge and experience to encourage and equip our future business owners.

A special thank you to Bryan Canote for being our guest speaker and sharing valuable information about how insurance can help protect a business and reduce financial risks.

It takes a community coming together to help dreams become reality, and we are so thankful for those who invest in the success of others!

We are so excited that our good friend Dominic will soon be moving into his very own tiny home at Elevate Community!

Dominic was originally on the list to move into one of our first homes. When we realized we would not have enough homes ready for everyone in that first group, Dominic graciously offered to wait and allow someone else to move in ahead of him.

That tells you a lot about his heart.

Now, his wait is almost over, and we could not be more excited to welcome him home!

TEAR ALERT! Have some Kleenex handy!

Our Elevate Kids After School Program is underway, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to pour into 24 incredible kids every Tuesday and Thursday.

Many of the children we serve face challenges that no child should have to worry about. Some live in weekly and extended-stay motels and experience uncertainty and difficult circumstances in their everyday lives.

That is why these afternoons matter.

We pick the kids up from school and bring them to the Elevate Branson campus, where they receive a hot meal, enjoy time on our all-natural playground, participate in crafts, stories and activities, and build relationships with people who care about them. At the end of the day, we provide transportation home.

For a few hours each week, our goal is to give these kids a safe and encouraging place where they can laugh, learn, build friendships and simply be kids.

We are thankful for everyone who helps make Elevate Kids possible and invests in the lives of these children.

The heart behind this tiny home community goes far beyond providing affordable housing. It is about creating a true community where neighbors know one another, care for each other and build meaningful relationships.

COMMUNITY IS MORE THAN A PLACE TO LIVE.

Loneliness and isolation are very real in our culture. People can be surrounded by others and still feel completely alone.

That is one of the reasons Elevate Community is about so much more than providing affordable housing. It is about creating a place where people know their neighbors, build relationships and genuinely care for one another.

Recently, our residents gathered for a BBQ. There was food, laughter, conversation and time spent simply being together.

But something much bigger is happening - Friendships are forming. Neighbors are checking on one another. They are sharing life, lending a hand and creating a sense of belonging.

These tiny homes provide a safe and affordable place to live, but our hope has always been to build something even greater: a community where no one has to do life alone.

This is what community looks like.
