Did you know that the temperature of your greens can change the entire feeling of a painting? 🎨💚

Warm greens tend to appear closer to the viewer, while cooler greens naturally recede into the distance. It's one of the simplest ways artists create atmosphere, depth, and perspective on a flat canvas.

By adjusting your color mixes, you can guide the viewer's eye through your landscape and create a stronger sense of space without adding a single extra detail.

In this episode of Creative Corner, Diane Robben shares more about how artists use atmosphere and perspective to bring their paintings to life. It's a fascinating look at the small artistic decisions that make a big impact.

Watch the video, then tell us: Do you prefer bright spring greens or deep forest greens in your artwork?

SOLD at the Table Rock Art Gallery! 🎉🎨

“Petals of Personality” by Jennifer Cole went home with the sweetest couple this week… and from what I heard, the new owner was just as vibrant, colorful, and full of personality as the painting itself. 💕

Honestly, that’s one of the best parts of an art gallery — watching a piece connect with exactly the right person. Sometimes art doesn’t just decorate a home… it feels like it belongs there.

Congratulations to Jennifer Cole on another beautiful sale and a perfect match for this joyful piece! 🌸✨

What a wonderful day at the Table Rock Art Guild!

Our latest TRAG meeting was packed with creativity, inspiration, and celebration. 🎨

This month’s Artist of the Month theme was “Abstract,” and several of our talented members shared incredible pieces that sparked conversation and imagination. We also enjoyed an engaging program from Jim Salvo, who introduced us to the fascinating world of Digital Art and creative possibilities in today’s art landscape.

And of course… Mochas & Masterpieces was a HUGE success! Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated artwork, and supported the event. The energy, community, and excitement made it truly unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to next year!

If you’ve been curious about the guild, we’d love for you to connect with us and experience the creativity for yourself. See you next month.
