Al-Anon is a support group for families and loved ones who are affected by someone else’s addiction to alcohol or drugs, as well as those who may be struggling with mental health challenges.
It is a safe and supportive place to connect with others who understand what you’re going through, share experiences, and find hope, strength, and encouragement. You are not alone. ❤️
