The 1917 Foundation is incredibly grateful to share the success of our very first fundraising event, Hearts at the Barn.

Because of the generosity of our community, we raised $2,000 in direct support of Becky Van Gundy, wife of Brook Van Gundy.

This evening marked an important milestone for our foundation. As our first official event, it demonstrated the strength of community and the shared commitment to supporting families navigating profound loss and hardship.

From the support of our vendors and sponsors, to the businesses and individuals who donated auction items, to every guest who purchased a ticket or placed a bid, this impact was made possible by you.

The 1917 Foundation was created to show up for families in moments that matter most. This event allowed us to do exactly that, and we are deeply thankful for the trust and generosity shown by this community.
