Thank you to everyone who came out for SolarFest: The Gathering on Saturday: attendees, volunteers, presenters, musicians, vendors, food vendors, artists, neighbors, families, and everyone who helped bring the day to life.
This year’s Gathering happened because people showed up with time, care, skills, patience, creativity, and community spirit. Whether you planned ahead, helped day-of, shared your knowledge, performed, set up a booth, fed people, answered questions, moved tables, welcomed visitors, or simply came to learn and celebrate with us, we are deeply grateful.
SolarFest is in a rebuilding season, and Saturday reminded us why this work matters. The Gathering is about more than one event. It is about community resilience, climate resilience, practical learning, music, food, art, and the joy of coming together.
We will begin planning for next year soon. If participating in SolarFest inspired you to stay involved, help shape next year’s Gathering, volunteer, join a planning conversation, or be part of rebuilding SolarFest, we would love to hear from you.
