Neighbors, we have multiple cars parked on the street on Towne Street in the curve before you get to the 4-way stop at Rolling Hills. This is an incredibly dangerous place to park your vehicle considering the speed that people travel down Towne Street.  please have vehicles moved to the driveways as not to block traffic and cause an accident. Thank you.

Neighbors we know life is busy and it’s rained some this week. Some yards in the neighborhood look like they’ve not been mowed or cared for in months. PLEASE be courteous to those who keep their yards looking nice and take care of your yard before you are fined. Yard maintenance is in the covenants! Thanks for being a great neighbor!

There are a LOT of cars parked on the street which blocks traffic and is dangerous for kids riding bikes and walkers/runners. PLEASE ask guests to park in your driveway and move these vehicles. Thanks neighbors!
