🚨🚨UPDATE: we believe we’ve identified several homes dumping grass clippings and blowing grass into the common area, as well as one dumping old charcoal briquettes behind the elaeagnus shrubs on Towne Street.
FOLKS THIS HAS TO STOP -YOU WILL BE FINED HEAVILY. THIS IS YOUR WARNING. Respect you neighbors and neighborhood
Neighbors, sadly someone thinks so little of our beautiful subdivison that they have been dumping grass clippings, tree limbs, and shrub trimmings in the wooded area in the curve of Rolling Hills right before the 4-way stop at Towne Street. As residents of Towne Station EVERYONE should be angry that your HOA dollars will be spent paying the subdivision landscaper to clean this up!
Every bit of what was dumped qualifies to be picked up by Waste Management if bagged, place in garbage cans, or cut and bundled.
Someone chose the lazy way out!
We will offer a reward of $250 cash to anyone who can identify who dumped the trash and provide verifiable evidence. You will remain anonymous. Email the HOA at [email protected]
IF THIS IS YOU OR YOUR LAWN SERVICE dumping your lawn trash, we will give you the chance to come forward by emailing the HOA at the email address above and cleaning this up without being fined. If you do not come forward and we find out who did this, you will be HEAVILY FINED!
