The NICA Foundation Scholarship Program is changing lives, awarding $70,000 in scholarships in 2026 alone. Behind every scholarship is a donor who believes in the future of our Industry and the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

One meaningful way to make an impact is through a Named Visionary Scholarship. Individuals or companies can establish a scholarship in their own name—or in honor of a family member, mentor, company, or industry leader—through a commitment of at least $2,000 annually for three years. It's an opportunity to support education while creating a lasting legacy.

Nathan Marcus, West Coast Weenies, recently established a Named Visionary Scholarship in honor of his family and shared: "This Industry has provided a great life for my family, and hopefully generations to come. I feel that it's our responsibility as business owners, for those who can, to give back. Why not give it to someone who is pursuing their dreams?
