Tomorrow is the car show! I am keeping an eye on the weather in case that cancels and we have to do the show on Sunday instead. But I will post any updates if that happens. Thank you everyone!

The car show was a wonderful success! Even though the car count was down, there were many other shows/events in the area, and weather threats, we persevered and still made a great show. Everyone had a great time, and we remembered Bubba and John the way we know how. I want to thank my girlfriend Jamie Fabian for being so supportive and helping me with everything, Jennifer Williams for being the best person and helping with everything. I couldn't do this without both of you. Thank you to Kathy Pile Dean and Sonny Dean for your help and making some of the absolute best food. Thank you to Eddie Milburn for doing all the airbrushing for everyone, Bridgett Thornberry for the ice cream and all the smiles, and Liz Blair for introducing your business to everyone and for all the great tasting samples. Thank you to Brian Hopper for always being a great DJ and friend. You make the show better. Thank you Marlaina Morris for setting up and having a great time, and our main sponsor Craig Staples with Redneck’s Dead Car Recovery LLC for supporting the show and being awesome! A big thank you to everyone that came out to remember Bub and John, and donate to the Crusade. We ended up with a total of $1,691, a total that is great considering all the obstacles we endured.

I also want to welcome back Sonny D's BBQ to our show. Sonny makes some great BBQ and has always supported our show along side his wife Kathy Pile Dean. If you haven't had this BBQ, you should definitely try it. I buy pounds of it at a time! Thank you Sonny for all your hard work!

A vendor that may or may not be there this year is Josh Clark with Clark's Concepts. He does amazing work on cars and trucks and pretty much anything. If you were there last year to see his work, it is awesome. Even if he doesn't make it to the show, I still want to support his amazing work and give a shout to a great car guy. Thank you Josh!
