What a beautiful Day Yesterday at Walnut Knoll Groundbreaking Ceremony!
Walnut Knoll will be completed in multi-phase one consisting of 141 one bedroom apartments for persons aged 55 and older and non-elderly disabled. Community amenities will include a community room, laundry care center, outdoor patio, pickleball court, community garden, electric vehicle charging stations, mail and package room, and on-site management. Furthermore, Walnut Knoll will offer a robust service plan to address the needs of the aging population provided by Peabody Resident Services.

AHSC was honored to have recently participated in an event with Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito, Undersecretary Ashley Stolba, the Town of Foxborough and the Foxborough Housing Authority, to highlight and support the passage of the Baker-Polito Administration’s “Forward” Infrastructure bill that will help us to provide hundreds of new affordable housing units for seniors in Foxborough!
