Friends Of The Brainerd Public Library Friends Of The Brainerd Public Library provide support and materials to our library…items not covered by the regular budget.

We host fund-raising events in our community including several book sales. We advocate for literacy in our community. Friends Of The Brainerd Public Library provide support and materials not provided by the library budget by having two book sales a year and running special events. We encourage library use of resources and services through promotions and participation. If you are interested in beco

We are pleased to announce that the first shopping day is set for August 18th from 9am to 3pm at our new book sale site.

Our dedicated volunteers have been working nonstop to fill the shelves with books, puzzles, DVDs, and much more.

Parking is available on the east end of the lot, the back half of the former Thrifty parking lot or on streets surrounding the building.
