Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for Pints for a Purpose at Jack Pine Brewery! What a fun evening filled with live music from Third Wheel, delicious pizza from Rosallini’s, refreshing pints, and time spent celebrating alongside the incredible community that continues to support our mission at Bridges of Hope.

Thanks to our generous business partner matching every donation made last night, we’re one step closer to reaching our $100,000 goal for Operation Sandwich. Every pint enjoyed, donation made, and conversation shared helps ensure local families have access to meals this summer.

Enjoy live music from Third Wheel, pizza from Rosallini's, and a night that gives back. Where every pint poured (NA included), $1 will be given to support Operation Sandwich. Thanks to a generous, local business, this donation is matched up to $50,000 to help us reach our goal of raising $100,000 this summer to continue providing lunches for local kids and families.

Every donation helps create a safe, welcoming space for those staying at The Bridge on 7th. Right now, these items are most needed:

• Paper Towels
• Lysol Wipes
• Garbage Bags
• Laundry Detergent
• Soft Snacks
• Socks
• Coffee Maker

Donations can be dropped off at The Bridge on 7th on Wednesdays from 11am–1pm and the first Thursday of each month from 3–5pm. June’s Thursday drop-off will take place on June 4th.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the importance of community, compassion, and caring for one another.

Please note that the Bridges of Hope office will be closed on Memorial Day. We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday.

We wish you a safe and meaningful Memorial Day as we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Our team at Bridges of Hope is working closely alongside Crow Wing County's Public Health and Emergency Preparedness teams to ensure that support for individuals and families impacted by the Flanders Fire is being offered. We are thankful for the generosity of those who have already given to support our community during this difficult time.

The funds that have been donated will be directed towards households needing basic essential support. Please note that funds raised are designated for immediate basic needs assistance and not for property damage, home repairs, or insurance-related losses.

There is something special about having our teams from Common Goods, The Bridge on 7th, our Bridges of Hope office, and members of our Board of Directors all together in one room. Last night, we had the opportunity to learn and grow together alongside Erik Therwanger, founder of Think GREAT.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Erik challenged and encouraged our team through conversations around leadership at every level. Today, we continue that learning as we focus on providing exemplary service across all of the programs and communities we serve. We are grateful for the opportunity to invest in our team so we can continue showing up well for our neighbors, supporters, volunteers, and one another.
