This past Tuesday (8/4), our club had the honor of once again presenting the Braidwood Police Department with a $1,000.00 donation to benefit their annual Shop with a Cop & Blue Santa activities which will take place this coming holiday season. This donation is made possible thanks to our club's largest fundraiser of the year, Summerfest. We greatly appreciate the men & women of the Braidwood Police Department for their dedication and service to the Braidwood community, and for the support they provide during our annual festival to help ensure the safety for festival attendees.

All proceeds from Summerfest go back into the community in one way, shape or form. This is just one of the ways in which that happens.

Our 45th Annual Braidwood Lions Club Summerfest has come and gone, and we can't express enough how grateful we are for all of the support from our community. This is our club's largest fundraiser of the year and all proceeds go back into the community on one way, shape or form. A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our volunteers who helped to make our annual festival another success. The amount of work that it takes to put on an event like this is enormous and it's thanks to their dedication and commitment that we can make this happen every year. It's a year-round planning process with planning for the following year's festival beginning before the current year's festival even ends.

We look forward to seeing everyone for our 46th year of fun in the sun, July 15th thru 18, 2027!!

Huge shout out to our cleanup crew volunteers!! Each morning during the festival they were out there bright and early cleaning up from the day before. From picking up trash, emptying trash cans, changing out bags, sweeping up and wiping down tables, it's absolutely no easy task but they did a great job!!

One of Braidwood’s best-known local bands, Wicked Vic will be performing live at our 45th Annual Braidwood Lions Club Summerfest, tonight from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, on the Constellation Energy Entertainment Stage.

Our annual Summerfest Flea Market, Arts & Crafts Show picks back up this morning at 9am and runs until 5pm. We’ve got over 50 vendors with a little something for everyone. Come check them all out!!
