Honey 🍯 and Rosie 🥀 are softly beginning to look for forever homes. They are not bonded and are listed separately.

Things to know - they go with forever ownership adoption contracts with return policy. No sale/breeding clauses and adoption fees apply

Both are in their mid 20s with lots of life and love to give.

Honey 🍯- retirement pasture only, no riding or driving and absolutely HAS to be trimmed in a stock due to her contracted tendons.
Honey is soft and shy, but loves deeply and stands for grooming and snuggles. She needs a home that will offer her endless soft high quality hay - and she receives a mash feed 2x a day but could go to 1x eventually

Rosie 🥀 requires regular movement available to her due to her CPL in her back right hind. Is being maintained with light exercise and keeping the leg clipped. Rosie absolutely needs a stock due to her CPL.
Rosie is not broke to ride, but you can sit on her and she will follow other horses. No rosie does not enjoy small children and would NOT excel in a therapy program of any kind. Older children 8 and up would be okay, she really likes the neighbor kids who are here often. Loves getting her mane braided and is a treat hog.
Rosie needs a mash feed 1x a day to maintain her girlish figure.

Dont have a stock but wish to adopt from us? We offer haul ins to trim with our farrier team in our stocks!

We require a vet reference, and we follow up with your farrier reference to ensure that they will trim the draft you are adopting. This helps set these big guys up for the most successful lives after leaving us.

Both girls stand tied, lead, load and are quiet for grooming and snuggles. Both are buddy dependent and enjoy herd life.

Fundraising is hard, its awkward. Its the toughest thing to ask for most days. We still need 21 bales covered to feed these big guys.... and this is what kinda scares me. We are in June, hay prices are okayish right now. But we cant do this stuff without you guys.

We see the regulars in the notifications. We see you 🧡 we see the likes and shares 🧡 we appreciate you. But we need your friends and family too.

Today I'm hoping for Thankful Sunday to get the remaining hay bill covered. We have $945 to our goal 🙏

Would you guess Big Jim 🥩 has some fresian in him??? Well we are DNA testing him for the fun of it 🫣 He has an awful lot of characteristic that suggest it..

He did so good in the stock, absolute gentlemen. We are getting those dinner plates back into shape 🧡

Big Jim needs to be seen this fall with our vet for a re evaluation of his mouth. He has some dental concerns we are watching after his recent float a few weeks ago. He is working on learning skills under saddle, and adding healthy weight and muscle to his body! We would like to see another 75-100lbs on him before August and we are pretty good at doing that! ❤️
