Look who gets to hang out together 👀
Prince 💜👑 and Teddy 🧸

Both are the flight and fear cases we have, and we work with them every single day. They have made LEAPS and bounds in the short time they have been here.

Prince even let himself out to the big pasture at our meet and greet on sunday and he allowed us to put him back in to his run without alot of commotion so I was really pleased with that.

I have narrowed Teddy down to a few factors, but at the end of the day hes going to need a very VERY special home. Teddys instinct is to food guard and FIGHT for it. Whether that be another horse, or a human 🤦‍♀️

Stay tuned for these two and their continued progress 🥰

Parking on the road🚗🚘 the driveway is a walk, please know if you are handicapped we can allow you to drive halfway up to exit the car but parking is on the road.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️NO DOGS. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS. OUR DOGS LIVE HERE AND DO NOT WANT TO WORRY ABOUT DOG ISSUES.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ not to mention we have free range poultry, and other critters. I dont care if your dog is friendly, leave them at home!

Treats available for purchase to give to the horses 🍨

Refreshments available include beer, rootbeer, juice boxes, freezies and water 🍺🍾🥛

Cherry pop, Cherry bomb, Cherry Cola....
Sold as a "smooth mouth mare" but was anything but smooth.

We aged her at 25. Cherry unfortunately was also like razor blades in there. Which was a contributing factor for her weight. Cherry needs some time for that mouth to heal, and to put some weight on.

She is a SWEETHEART. 🍒❤️

I initially thought Cherry was younger than that because her over all body condition didnt reflect 25. But, after seeing those teeth her grinding surface in the back is pretty low and incisors speak for themselves. 🦷

Cherry was ridden through the sale ring by a young girl and the horse trader bought her first, then approached me after asking if I would take her in which we immediately said yes.😬

Unfortunately because Precious💎 and Prince 💜👑 took so much time yesterday we were not able to get through her trim. So please keep that in mind when meeting her this weekend.

Cherry will be available for foster or adoption once her trim is completed and I am satisfied with her weight. She leads, loads, stands tied, and we will asses the trim situation once she is seen. 🐎

Please keep in mind that we have 3 rescues who were not trimmed this week but will be shortly - when you come meet everyone on Sunday! 🍒❤️

Ohhh man. This is a hard post to write.

So, at only 8 years old... Jim had "hacksaw blades" for teeth. He has alot of damage in that mouth and his cheeks kinda looked like hamburger.

JUST BECAUSE THEYRE YOUNG DOESNT MEAN THEY DONT NEED DENTAL CARE 📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢

Big Jim will stay with us until the fall dentals and we will re evaluate his mouth. He will likely be a yearly dental due to this.

We did not have time to get him trimmed yesterday due to Prince and Precious requiring so much of our time - so he will be scheduled here shortly. When you meet him this weekend please keep that in mind.

His stringhault is kind of touch and go. One day you can see it, others you can't. Stringhault doesn't have to be a scary thing, but B ig Jims pulling days are over. We will continue to work with him this summer until his dental exam in the fall and go from there.
