Its time to fundraise for release of quarantine day 🥳🥰

The 5 adults, and 2 fillys we brought home in September from the auction are ready for their vaccines, dental evals, dental float and individual assessments 🎉

We provide every single horse with a rabies vaccine, a 5 way, individualized exam, dental eval and float when needed.

Maggie 🌸 $170 for vaccinations and exam

Margaret 💐 $170 for vaccinations and exam

Miller 🍻 This gent will be receiving xrays for a history of founder which will be about $300, and $170 for vaccinations and exam so $470 total

Pete 🔫 $170 for vaccinations and exam

Patch 👖 $170 for vaccinations and exam

Dutchess 👑 $170 for vaccinations and exam

Royal 👑💜 $170 for vaccinations and exam

Each of these guys have individual needs to address. Maggie and Margaret both have been ultrasounded and pregnancy checked which was negative. Maggie had fluid in her uterus which we tested and it came back with nothing concerning so we will be checking her again at this appointment to see if its still there and if we can drain it.

Vaccinations and dentals are a required standard of care that we uphold for each and every single one of our horses, donkeys and mules.

In the spring when we do things - there is a spring vaccination special during the month we take care of that. So for those who are curious, this is the full cost compared to our awesome deal we get every spring. These guys need to be updated regardless so we take care of it!

Day 63 of treatment on the back left hoof.

Due diligence, intense treatments, daily and weekly assessments, farrier and veterinary attention the entirety of the way...
We have amazing progress.
We debrided again, and are now hoping with another 4 weeks it will be resolved in this back left hoof.

The back right - we were SO busy with that one we didnt get any pictures. But it also has made IMMENSE progress. We will keep you posted when we remove his wraps from his debridement.

Our team is not one to give up, and Sven deserves all the support we can offer.

This week we had the pleasure of crashing Jasmins busy work day and hanging out with her for a few hours at 1 Horse At A Time Draft Horse Rescue in Corvallis Montana 🥰

Together we can 🙌💪🧡

There’s nothing quite like spending time with people who share the same passion for these gentle giants.

We had such a wonderful time visiting her rescue, swapping stories, sharing experiences, and soaking in the Montana mountain air 🥰 not to mention baby Evie snuggles were wonderful🥰

We truly value Jasmin’s knowledge, advice, and dedication to these horses. We're so grateful for the friendship and the opportunity to work together, opening our doors to foster horses for her through Second Chance Drafts Co.

Maximus 💪 was the first horse, who we now have accepted for sanctuary 🧡 and 💎Precious who is in foster currently!

At the end of the day, rescue is about working together, supporting one another, and doing what's best for the horses. ❤️

Thank you Jasmin for making time in your busy schedule to have us, we cant wait to visit again next year!
