📣Part-Time Event Coordinator 📣

Tusen Tack is seeking to hire two individual, part-time positions, serving as an Event Coordinator team for the Braham Event Center. The successful candidates will be able to organize memorable events that meet quality expectations. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

📣Full-Time Office Coordinator 📣

Full time position will perform a wide variety of tasks requiring knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Includes office coordination, database management, receptionist functions, marketing, and scheduling and supervising office volunteers. Will assist Event Coordinator with event tasks.

Skills: ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage deadlines, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment. Excellent communication skills; strong customer service and social media skills. Basic bookkeeping and analytical skills. Preferred requirements: proficient in Microsoft Suite and data bases such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher. Experience in on-line software for graphic design, web management, social media, newsletters, invoicing. High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of administrative or office work experience preferred. Familiar with accounting practices and processes. Salary: $18/hour DOQ
