Today I finally took an accreditation test and have become official Veteran Service Officer. It has been a journey. Awaiting my credentials PIV card. That is the final step.

We are currently looking into opening a Veteran Center here in Brady. This will give all veterans access to resources and a place to fellowship over coffee or Dr. Pepper.
Thanks to All who prayed and supported the vision. Today I can say I am accredited! I will keep you posted on what's happening. You are not alone or forgotten!

Well it is time for an update. I'm State Certified through Texas Veterans Commission. I have completed Phase 2 of training and now in the final phase. Once completed I must take a test and score 90 or above. Then accredited at Federal level! Hopefully by end of June. Thank you all for your support and prayers during this journey.

It has been a pleasure to serve Menard County Veterans.

Bigger News is that you will now have a local VSO. His name is Gary Cheek. He is currently going thru TVC training and will begin VA training. He will be assisting veterans at the Community Center soon. I will be available to you for anyone who has an open case with me. As we transition be patient with him as you were with me. As always we will continue to serve those who served.

You may contact Judge Corbin for further information. I wish you all the best in getting the benefits you've earned in service to our country!
