Hello, Bradford! We have a favor to ask of you: Do any of you know of an empty local building that might be able to host our gift distribution center for about 2 weeks in late November/ early December? Ideally, the space would be about 5,000-6,000 square feet and have heat, electricity, and a restroom. Thank you for your consideration!

And that’s a “Wrap”! Another successful year of helping our community members in need. Roughly 200 senior citizens and 203 families (479 children) received gifts on our distribution day. A special thank you to all of our volunteers, businesses and board members who made it happen in roughly three ahort weeks

We had 30 elves helping distribute gifts yesterday!

Special thank you to Tom and Patsy Arrowsmith and Tim and Don Hayden who delivered to those 200 seniors!

Helping coordinate the gifts out the door included Rachael and Zayleigh Hayden and Laree Sue Behan, Mia and Eric Tingley, Bob Neumann along with his students from Bradford High’s Volunteer Club, Student Lighthouse Team, United Way Student Ambassadors. Also assisting again this year were our friends Steve Morgan and Julie Newman bringing along some very special helper elves from Futures!

We cant forget our gift drop off crew! They are the well-oiled machines that get the packages flowing and in place during drop off week. Thank you all!

And our very dedicated and active board members who work diligently all year round to make it all happen.

And finally and very big shout out and thank you to Chris Works for donating the awesome space for this year’s distribution center- we can’t thank him enough for his support!

The ELF Fund gifts drop off, located at 560 Chestnut St will be open from 9am to 12 noon tomorrow, Dec. 6th. Please bring all gifts and tags at that time.
We will wrap the gifts if needed.
We thank you all for helping the ELF Fund in making Christmas wishes come true!

‘This the season! Gift drop off will take place starting Tuesday at the former Sears building on Cheatnut Street. It is so very important that you get your gifts and tags to us during the drop off times so we do not assume the gifts have been forgotten and send shoppers out to buy.

Drop off dates and times will be:

Tuesday, December 2, 12-6pm
Wednesday, December 3, 12-6pm
Thursday, December 4, 12–6pm
Saturday, December 6, 9-noon

Emails will be going out this week for applicants with additional information on distribution of gifts. Notifications were delayed due to the high volume of applicants. Please be patient.

The ELF Fund will be helping over 200 senior citizens and over 200 families in need.

At this time, and please note for your records and planning- distribution of gifts will be Friday, December 12th between 9-noon. There will not be other times or dates to pick up gifts. If you are application is approved and you are not able to pick your gifts up, you must have someone else pick up your gifts either a signed note by you.
