Join us Saturday, July 4, 2026, as Bradenton celebrates America’s 250th anniversary with the largest fireworks celebration in the city’s history, live music, food trucks, vendors, family fun and a huge fireworks display over the Manatee River.

🇺🇸 Celebrate the Fourth of July in Downtown Bradenton! 🎆

Join us for an unforgettable Independence Day celebration on Friday, July 4th with festivities happening at Rossi Park on the Riverwalk and Downtown Bradenton on Old Main Street!

The fun begins at 5 PM- 9:30 PM at Rossi Park with live music, a Kid Zone featuring bounce houses, face painting, glitter tattoos, games, delicious food vendors, and family-friendly activities. Then head over to Old Main Street where they will have live music starting at 7 PM- 11 PM.

✨ The evening will conclude with what is expected to be the largest fireworks display in Bradenton history, launching from the Green Bridge at approximately 9 PM!

Bring your family, your friends, and your red, white, and blue, we can’t wait to celebrate with you! ❤️🤍💙

Bradenton Police Department wants your extra beads!

Have a bunch of beads from the De Soto Grand Parade but are befuddled about what to do with them? Bring them back to BPD instead of bagging them up as trash! We'll repurpose them for community outreach events! Don't worry, we'll take care of untangling them. Officer Wentland became a pro at it on the parade route!
➡️ Drop off beads in our lobby (100 10th St. W.) during regular business hours.

Have you noticed the Freebee Teslas downtown lately? The new, free, on-demand ride service was recently launched and is available within the City of Bradenton Community Redevelopment Areas (the blue area highlighted in the map).
