We strive to foster an environment in our communities where indivi
duals or groups have access to our solutions, services and programs including special needs or aging in place population. Community Solutions 360 offers housing, health and safety programs designed to help individuals with their affordable housings needs, either rental or homeownership. We provide information about health issues and safety programs designed to create an environment for better housing, better health and better safety. What Can CS 360 Do For you? Housing programs include pre– and post-purchase homeownership counseling, homebuyer education, rental counseling, mortgage default and delinquency counseling, fair housing and predatory lending awareness with guidance and support on an individual basis or group setting. Mortgage Default and Delinquency counseling is provided for those customers who are behind in making their monthly mortgage payment. Counseling includes a review of their credit report, review of a budget, assistance in contacting lenders, writing hardship letters, providing information on the various loan modification plans and document preparation. How does this work? Working with a housing case manager provides a comprehensive assessment of your current situation. This assessment will include information regarding your housing, financial and employment history. Any issues concerning your credit worthiness will be discussed and an action plan will be outlined. CS 360 will be your partner and guide you in the right direction! How much will this cost? The only cost to customers of CS 360 is a $18 fee for a tri-merged credit report. Any counseling or education is free.
