Braden Crossings Home Owners Association We are a Deed Restricted Community of 111 private homes in Bradenton Florida We are also a criminal background check community.

Braden Crossings is a family friendly community with an emphasis on owner occupied homes. In 2008 as a cost saving measure we became a self-managed association. The Members of the Board of Directors currently include a CAM license holder and an attorney. All board members are residents committed to keeping costs low and avoiding special assessments while maintaining the highest possible property v

alues. Braden Crossings has no recreational facilities or play grounds. The lake and preserve area are a wildlife preserve and swimming is strictly prohibited. Braden Crossings has a rental/lease cap of 10% (11 homes); all renters must be approved. For homes currently “grandfathered” as rentals/vacation rentals the exemption does not transfer to the new title holder
