🦋 As we face this storm, remember that our faith is stronger than any hurricane. Keep your hearts brave and your spirits high. Let the love and light of God guide and protect us all.

Here are five tips to help manage your worries and anxiety before, during, and after the hurricane:

    1.    Remember Who is in Control (Pray)
    2.    Stay Informed, But Don’t Overwhelm Yourself
    3.    Prepare and Protect
    4.    Stay Connected
5.   Look After Each Other
