The Library Foundation of Manatee County is excited to participate once again in the 2026 Giving Challenge, presented by the Community Foundation of Sarasota County with giving strengthened by The Patterson Foundation, happening noon to noon on April 15–16.

We’re teaming up with our local PBS station, WEDU, to present a special showing of their inspiring documentary, Free for All: The Public Library. The evening begins at 6 PM with light bites and refreshments, followed by the film screening.

We’re thrilled to announce that JENNA BUSH HAGER will be our special guest for our upcoming author luncheon, Booked for Lunch: Supporting Manatee Libraries, at GROVE ballroom on Friday, April 4th, 2025!

Jenna is an accomplished journalist, humanitarian, best-selling author, and co-host of TODAY with Hoda and Jenna. We’re ecstatic that she’ll be joining us to help support Manatee Libraries!
