From Mack. We created this page to help keep all the family informed as to what is going on with the Wall Cemetery as it progresses. At the last meeting on June 12 the group decided to set some dates to work on getting everyone who has some type of interest in the cemetery to get all of their contact information phone number, email and mailing address to us as we will be sending out information to vote on a board of trustees. You can send your contact info to the following email [email protected]. You can also copy your info in the page and we will make sure it gets recorded so you will recieve a voting ballot. It was said that this should not be officers with titles but a board with equal powers to represent each and everyone.
We have set July 17 as a target date to update everyone's information with plans to post, email or mail a "voting" ballot to elect a Board of Trustees. We are seeking names of anyone willing and interested in serving. The ballots will be sent to everyone who's contact information we receive and wish to have those returned by August 14. you have to get your contact information in so you can recieve you voting ballot the send it back in so every vote can be counted. The plan is to meet in Braden on August 14 as a final voting day for anyone who has not submitted their vote. You can send your vote for your choice of represenative. You can send your vote to the following email , if your not available to attend the meeting we will broadcast the meeting through zoom and face time anyone that would like to attend. I will offer to be a represenative for the Adkison side of the family as I live close and am able to attend meetings and keep everyone informed as well as work for the right thing for all families of the cemetery. So if you would like me to represent the family please send in your vote by the 14th of August or hopefully everyone could attend. If you have other choices for family represenative it will not hurt my feelings, I just offered but please remember to vote some we have some representation for the family.
