Women's Council of Realtors Eastern Connecticut, 115 Fitchville Rd, Bozrah, CT (2026)

Membership in the Women’s Council demonstrates a commitment to excellence and aids your influence in the real estate industry.

10/21/2026

What a great day bringing all three Connecticut Women’s Council of REALTORS® Networks together in one room. 💙

Leaders from Eastern Connecticut, Central Connecticut, and Greater Fairfield gathered for a collaborative Leadership Summit focused on member value, stronger boards, leadership development, and how we can better support our members in 2027 and beyond.

One of the biggest takeaways from the day was simple: we are stronger when we share ideas, resources, and relationships.

This was a meaningful opportunity to connect across Networks, learn from one another, and continue building a stronger future together.

Inspire. Lead. Connect.

What an afternoon! 🧲💙

Our Magnetic Marketing workshop brought together learning, connection, and a whole lot of conversation about how we show up in our businesses.

A huge thank you to Kristyn Neal of Dream In Color Marketing for leading such an engaging and interactive workshop! Kristyn challenged us to think more intentionally about our marketing through three important shifts:

❤️ Know Your Why
🎯 Know Who You Serve
💬 Clarity Converts

Attendees didn’t just listen. They pulled out their laptops and phones, looked at their own marketing, asked questions, shared ideas, and walked away with plenty to think about and put into action.

We also want to give another big THANK YOU to Mary Beth Barber and CATIC, our Local Spotlight Sponsor, for supporting this event and our mission to provide meaningful professional development opportunities to our members and real estate community.

And before the workshop began, our REALTOR® members helped shape the future of our Network by participating in our 2027 Leadership Election. Congratulations again to the members who stepped forward and answered the call to lead! 💙

This is Women’s Council.

Developing ourselves. Building relationships. Growing our businesses. Creating future leaders.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon such a great one! 🧲
