Madison Gallatin Trout Unlimited With over 900 members, we work to conserve, protect and restore Southwest Montana's coldwater fisheries and their watersheds.

The Madison-Gallatin Chapter has a rich heritage of strong advocacy for the Madison and Gallatin watersheds and and our native and wild trout. We are currently over 900 members strong. MGTU holds general meetings the second Wednesday of every Month (October - May) starting at 7:00 pm. Currently, general meetings are held online on Zoom. As always, it is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

For this meeting, we’re teaming up with the Joe Brooks Trout Unlimited Chapter to explore the history of Cutthroat Trout conservation and the ongoing work to
protect them!

Hear from our presenters Ashley Brubaker and Pat Byorth as they share insights on past and present conservation efforts. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or simply curious about what’s happening on our local waters, there’s something for everyone to learn!

UP about the Madison River Clean Up today!! We can't wait to see everyone and to take care of our of our favorite fisheries!

See you today, Saturday, August 15 for the Annual Lower Madison River Clean-Up. We're meeting at 9:00 AM at Warm Springs Boat Launch before spending the morning giving back to the Lower Madison, then we will celebrate with lunch, drinks, and a raffle around 1pm!
