The most recent Mindful Parenting Series at began small and steadily grew each week into a deeply supportive and connected community. Participants brought beautifully varied parenting experiences — from a momma of twins, to a single momma balancing it all, to a momma navigating neurodiversity, and another moving through the thick of postpartum life.
Each journey added depth, honesty, and compassion to the experience. Week after week, participants returned eager to share real-life examples of how they had applied the practices in their daily routines — creating calmer moments, deeper connection, and more mindful responses in the middle of the everyday chaos. The series was filled with “aha” moments, laughter, vulnerability, and shared gratitude for a fresh perspective on the daily grind of parenting. By the end of the series it felt like much more than a class; it became a space where we all felt seen, supported, and empowered.
