Dear Supporters and Friends of Chay-Ya,

Doctors, nursing staff and rescuers have evacuated health care facilities due to the rapid spread of COVID-19.
Due to this worldwide pandemic, there are few remaining healthcare workers in serving in Nepal. To date, only four cases have been reported, but tests are too expensive to monitor the outbreak. In Nepal, resources are extremely limited to fight against the spread of COVID-19 which is why now more than ever, we need your help.

Due to the lack of infrastructure in the Nepali healthcare system, many patients whom are admitted will become susceptible to the Corona Virus if necessary medical precautions are not in place.
To help fight against the crisis, we ask for donations of medical masks, protective suits, respiratory ventilators, medical glasses and any other medical equipment. Through your generous donation, the Chay-Ya team will disperse all medical equipment to health care providers in Nepal.

It is our hope, you join us in this urgent call-to-action in order to fight the worldwide COVID-19 crisis.

Hi Chay-Ya family! It’s been a while since we shared photos so we thought we’d wish everyone a happy and healthy 2020!

The picture below are the children at the Kailali Orphanage (The Kailali Kids). Several wheelchairs were donated last year and we couldn’t be more thankful. The wheelchairs make a vast improvement in a child’s independence.

Bozeman! We are hosting our first fundraiser and need your support!
If you are in the Gallatin Valley area, please stop by The Museum of The Rockies, Haiger Auditorium, October 3rd from 7-9pm to join,
“Movie Night in Nepal” which will feature a documentary film from filmmakers Dale and Elaine Smith as well as a special guest!

All proceeds directly go to building our second birthing center in Rautahat.
We hope to see you there for a wonderful night of support!
