Hello Neighbors!
Wondering what's going on for Earth Day in our Community this year?
GO to the Fairgrounds for this year's Gallatin Valley Earth Day Festival!
*Pick up your "clean up" bags and supplies to help spruce up Bozeman at the Bozeman Fairgrounds tomorrow, April 20th, 10am-3pm. Your Bogert Park Neighborhood is signed up to help clean up around Bogert Park, Burke/Peet’s Hill parking lot and along the Gallagator Trail. But cleaning up anywhere in our neighborhood is great!! The City of Bozeman is providing all the gloves, vests and garbage bags needed. All we need to do is pick up the trash! The City's Sanitation division will be picking up the Yellow collection bags that just need to be set on any boulevard by the end of this week. Come early to ensure you get supplies while they last!
*Bring and dispose of your E-Waste for free! Our neighborhood's own, George Ryan, will be at the Fairgrounds from 9am-12noon to collect. He then is generously hauling it over for our community to the Logan Landfill, so that 406 Recycling can recycle, repurpose and dispose of it properly!
*Help us spread the word and tell a friend or neighbor or two!!

Don't forget to attend the Bogert Park Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting this Thursday, February 16th at 7 PM.
It will be held in the new Public Safety Center at 901 N. Rouse, in the Chuck Wynn Community Room. We have a full agenda of expert speakers. The Traffic Calming Project at the Gallagator Crossings is complete! We hope you enjoy the flowers and the artwork. We also hope that the area is so beautiful that it will remind motorists to slow down, look out for pedestrians, cyclists and pets, and smell the flowers!!
A huge thank you to the neighbors who showed up to paint, help plant & move the planters into place, and who shared their carts, hoses and water to fill the self watering planters. We can't do this kind of beautiful work in our neighborhood without all of you!
Also, a huge thank you to our artist, Mitch Sander!!

We are getting ready for this year’s Beautician & Traffic Calming Set Up!!!
And to do this installation again at the Galligator Trail crossing on South Church, the road will be closed for a little on Saturday, June 4th from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The closure will begin at the intersection of S Church and Story, and end on the south side of the Gallagator crossing. Neighbors to the south of the crossing (Ice Pond Rd, etc) will need to turn south on S Church to detour away from the Gallagator crossing. “Road Closed Ahead” signs will be placed at the intersection of Kagy and S Church to prevent traffic from traveling north on S Church from Kagy Blvd.
