Tree Line Condominium Owners' Association This page is for owners and residents of the Tree Line Condominums located in the Quail Run at Northstar subdivision at Four Corners, Montana.

The Tree Line Condominiums were built by NHB/Nistler in 2014 and a Condominium Owners' Association set up soon after. The condo association is a sub-HOA located within the Northstar Residential Homeowners' Association, the major HOA. A portion of our COA dues are sent on to Northstar HOA to provide for maintenance of streets, sidewalks, trails, and playground equipment, to name a few. The remainin

g COA dues are used for lawn/sprinkler maintenance, snow removal, and insurance for the buildings, among other items. The Tree Line COA, per its Bylaws and Covenants, is to have a three person board and annual meetings. We recently had our first annual meeting and there were only two candidates for the board, Deanna Schroeder and Winnie Arthurs. Winnie is a board member of the Northstar HOA, as well, and can take our local requests and issues to the larger board for consideration. We will eventually be posting links to our COA Bylaws and Covenants and will strive to provide you with the most up-to-date information available on community events.
