Gallatin Eagles RC Flying Club

Gallatin Eagles RC Flying Club The Gallatin Eagles is a non-profit organization dedicated to promotion and enjoyment of the sport of model aircraft building and flying.

Our club serves the greater Gallatin Valley and includes members from as far away as Livingston and West Yellowstone. We interact with other Montana clubs in cities such as Billings, Butte, Missoula, Helena, Great Falls and as far away as Miles City. We offer free flight training for new members using a buddy box system with an emphasis on having fun in a safe manner
Our typical club membership is

about 40 individuals. Currently our youngest member is 12 and our oldest member is over 70 – a pretty broad span. We have a number of father/son combinations that build and fly, a great way to spend quality time with your kids.

Clubhouse is looking good already for the clean out. Thanks to Richard and Jerry for getting it all started. The trailer is there to hopefully get most of it in, may not be much to do this afternoon.

We have voted to move forward with sheet rocking the clubhouse.
I will bring out my enclosed trailer tomorrow so we can put what we can in there. Does anyone else have a trailer?
I have a couple volunteers to work on cleaning Sunday starting around 2:30 ish. Please come help if you can more hands will make it go faster.

Combat event at the Field tomorrow! Great spectator event. It will be warm we have lots of water and a clubhouse to get out of the Sun. Hot dog lunch for club donations. Starting around 9 am. See you there.
