Annual Meeting Notice

Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025
Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: Cottonwood Room, Bozeman Public Library

The Bozeman Dressage Society will hold its Annual Meeting on the date and time listed above. This is a formal call to all members to attend and take part in important discussions and decisions regarding the future of our organization.

This will be a voting meeting with the following agenda items:

Discussion and vote on the continuation of the club

Adoption of new bylaws

Appointment of a new Board of Directors

All current members are encouraged to attend. Members in good standing hold voting rights. Anyone interested in the future of the club is welcome to join us, though only members may vote.

Please review the attachments in your email prior to the meeting. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to Courtney at 863-840-2250 with your email and we will get those to you.

Your voice and participation are vital as we look to the future of dressage in our community. We look forward to seeing you there!

Best of luck to all our members riding this weekend at the Gallatin Valley Working Equitation’s rated show this weekend! We are cheering you on and will be awarding high point prizes for our BDS members.

Loved seeing the future of the sport in the Leadline class as well as the variety of breeds showcased.

Good luck to our members and all the riders at the competition!

What a wonderful weekend at our BDS Schooling Show — thank you to everyone who helped make it so special! 💙

To our incredible riders, supportive spectators, and dedicated volunteers — we’re so grateful for your enthusiasm and energy. A heartfelt thank you as well to our fabulous judge, Mary Forck, for her thoughtful feedback and positive presence in the arena.

A special thank you to Syd and Springhill Community Ranch for providing such a beautiful venue, and to Melissa for the use of her arena — it was truly the perfect setting!
