Felony Murder for Deadly Fentanyl Distribution Act (Senate Bill 4876), has been heard twice on the floor. It likely won't pass, but it's a tough issue, and at some point, it may have to come to this. When do you draw the line and say, "drug distributors/dealers" need to know what they are selling?

Prosecutors continue to crack down across the nation on Fentanyl related deaths. The message is DO NOT PASS DRUGS because if something is fentanyl-laced, and someone dies, it's on you.

Sumner Police have arrested a man they say provided fentanyl to two teens last year, which resulted in the overdose death of one of them.

We had our first public outreach presentation, and the Found Guilty message was well received. We took away some incredible feedback and are now finalizing an updated slide show presentation. We hope to get our fentanyl awareness campaign into the education system next! Stay tuned as we are in this fight to save lives!
