June 7, 2026: What a day.

The inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Omaha is officially in the books. Thank you to the athletes, volunteers, spectators, and partners who helped make history and make year one unforgettable.

The Inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Omaha would not have been possible without the leadership, dedication, and countless hours put in by our Race Director, Corey Roberts.

From endless phone calls and planning meetings to the many trips to Omaha, you poured so much into making this event a success. Your commitment helped create an unforgettable experience for our athletes, volunteers, staff and community.

We truly could not have asked for a better partner to help bring this event to life. Thank you for believing in Omaha(r) and making this inaugural race weekend so special.

🚨🚨MOTORCYCLE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED🚨🚨

Motos play a key role at IRONMAN 70.3 Omaha by assisting race officials, photographers, and media teams throughout the course. Volunteers should be comfortable carrying passengers and have a properly registered, insured, and licensed motorcycle. Gift cards provided to motorcycle volunteers!

Touring and sport touring bikes are preferred. A mandatory Moto Volunteer meeting will take place before race day.

The Omaha Sports Commission has been in the game since 2003, competing hard and gaining wins for the metro and its businesses. Our team is responsible for some of the metro’s largest sporting events.
