🏀 1st Annual PAL Basketball Alumni Game 🏀

What an incredible season and championship night! Led by League Director Evan Caruso, PAL Director Bill Tome, and Champion Coach Captain Deale, this 8-week league brought together 60 talented high school athletes across 6 competitive teams.

After a hard-fought season, the top 4 teams battled it out in the playoffs. Officer Jermaine Jones guided the Heat to a strong 2nd place regular season finish, though their run ended in the semifinals.

In the championship matchup, the 4th seeded Nets, coached by Captain Deale, faced off against the 2nd seeded Celtics—and came out on top as champions! 🏆

Shoutout to Alumni MVPs DJ & DJ for their standout performances.

We’re proud of the effort, sportsmanship, and growth shown by all players this season. We can’t wait to see what next year brings!

Congratulations to the Boynton Beach PAL All-Stars basketball team on winning the single-elimination tournament at BBPD’s Cookout with the Cops today! The Boynton Beach PAL Heat earned runner-up honors in a great showing of sportsmanship and skill.

The tournament featured 60 participants across six teams and was led by Boynton Beach PAL Director Bill Tome, along with Coach Paul Deale and Coach Brandon Mendes.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Sports Performance Combine presented by Blacksheep Strength & Conditioning at the Ezell Hester Athletic Fields. The combine gave young athletes the chance to push themselves, sharpen their skills, and build confidence in a positive and encouraging environment. The talent across Boynton Beach and our surrounding communities continues to impress.

The Boynton Beach Police Athletic League is proud to offer a variety of programs designed to build character, strength, skills, and community. The community is invited to join us for:

⏱️ Sports Performance Combine presented by Black Sheep CrossFit on Sunday, January 25 from 12 to 5 p.m. at Ezell Hester Athletic Fields.

🏈 Support the annual PAL 7-on-7 Fundraiser Tournament on Saturday, January 24 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Ezell Hester Athletic Fields. The tournament will feature our nationally recognized Boynton Beach Bulldogs.

🥊 Train for FREE at our weekly boxing clinic at Lights Out Boxing Fitness from 12 to 1 p.m.

🏀 or join us at the PAL Basketball League Tryouts on January 29 and February 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Ezell Hester Center.

🥊 Ready to roll with the punches? 🥊

The Boynton Beach Police Athletic League is proud to offer a FREE boxing program for youth, kicking off this Saturday!

Children ages 8 to 18 are invited to stop by any Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Lights Out Boxing and Fitness for this free program.

No experience is needed and all equipment is provided. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. To register or if you have questions, contact Officer Tome at [email protected] or by calling 561-702-4887.

BBPD’s Police Athletic League proudly teamed up with Lights Out Boxing and Fitness today to host its first-ever Boxing Clinic! 🥊

During this free, two-hour clinic, kids learned boxing basics, discipline, and teamwork, providing growth both inside and outside the ring. Through this league, BBPD’s goal is to empower young people.

Join BBPD PAL and Lights Out Boxing for a free one-day boxing introductory clinic on Saturday, December 20, from 12–2 PM! 💥🥊

The clinic will be held at Lights Out Boxing and Fitness, 1203 Knuth Road, and is open to local residents, boys and girls, ages 8–18 who are interested in learning the fundamentals of boxing.

Space is limited to 20 participants, and registration is first come, first served.
