The Estates of Silverlake is a securely gated community with 169 single family homes located in southeastern Boynton Beach just minutes away from beautiful beaches, pristine parks, and extensive shopping and dining. The Estates of Silverlake has been honored with the 2017 BEST OF BOYNTON BEACH AWARD in the Gated Community Category.
Established in the early 1980s, the centerpiece of our community is a beautiful 26 acre, fresh water, spring fed lake boasting lush landscapes and captivating wildlife.
The Estates of Silverlake welcomes all; growing families, full time retirees, snow birds, and pets. Our community comforts include a large clubhouse which is open to residents daily, a heated swimming pool with covered pavilions located on the lake, three standard size tennis courts, two Pickleball courts and conveniently located doggy stations for use by residents.
