This door may not look like much, but it is said to be the inspiration for the White Rabbit’s door in Lewis Caroll’s beloved “Alice in Wonderland.” This can be found at Christ Church College in Oxford. Caroll, a former Oxford student and later teacher, was inspired by this door from which the Dean of Christ Church (and the real Alice’s father) would leave 📚⏱🐇☕️🫖
