Hello, my name is Jeffrey William Kennedy & I’m A Patient, Not A Criminal! My reasons for creating this web site are to give back, educate, and give the sick & disabled a voice. I’m also motivated to help the sick & disabled that have been arrested, helping to find the courage to fight back against our corrupt legal system. We basically have two ways of making Medical Cannabis legal. We can try to
do it the political way. But I think we can all agree, if done that way, our government would have to admit a cover up! The other way is to make change through our legal system. That means if you are a sick or disabled person, and you are arrested for trying to live a better quality of life through the use of medical cannabis, you have a defense! It’s called “The Medical Necessity Defense”. You will need four major things to use this defense:
1. You will need to proof from a doctor that you are sick or disabled.
2. You will need to find doctors that are willing to give legal testimony.
3. You need to have the courage to turn down every deal offered by the State! 4. You will need an Attorney that has the courage to fight your fight, and be willing to put your life into the hands of twelve strangers! Again, this is why we have created this web site. To educate the patients and to let them know, you do have a legal right to the medication of your choice. Even if that choice is Medical Cannabis.
