Here at Palm Shores we have an excellent water aerobics class as well as an indoor class for you to try.
YouTube has videos for chair yoga, walking for seniors as well as some great tips to strengthen your muscles and PREVENT FALLING!
The videos are easy to find…just speak into your remote to see what there is to choose from…
And if you have fallen recently…you should seriously look into a Smart watch that notifies that you’ve fallen…or a Medical Alert necklace that does the same.
