Healthier Boynton Beach was honored to host the Inaugural All Things Hospice Symposium in partnership with SHE Holding LLC and Shenetria Moore and what an incredible and impactful experience it was!
Attendees gained valuable insight into hospice care, palliative care, advance care planning, caregiver support, and the many resources available to individuals and families navigating serious illness. Our expert panelists shared compassionate, informative perspectives that helped dispel common myths and misconceptions surrounding hospice services.
Many caregivers and seniors expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to ask questions, connect with healthcare professionals, and learn how these services can enhance quality of life for both patients and their loved ones. The symposium empowered participants to make informed decisions and engage in meaningful conversations about future care planning.
