A little late posting these photos… but now that Shaka is officially wrapped up for the summer, here they are! 🌊🤙💙

We fought the good fight against Mother Nature this summer 😂 Between the crazy weather, seaweed, schedule changes, cancellations, and everything else this summer decided to throw at us, we did our best to roll with it and keep the Shaka spirit going!

A HUGE thank you to all of our incredible volunteers, families, surfers, and everyone who was so patient and flexible with us. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you. 🫶

It may have been a wild summer, but we still made some pretty amazing memories along the way. Until next season! 🌊🏄‍♀️🤙

🎓 2026 Shaka Senior Dinner feat. Zor 🎓

A huge congratulations to our amazing seniors! Some of these incredible volunteers have been with Shaka Soul Surfers since the very beginning, and it has been such a privilege to watch them grow from kids into confident, compassionate young adults.

Your dedication, kindness, and willingness to give your time to our surfers and families have helped make Shaka what it is today. We are so proud of each and every one of you and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll accomplish in this next chapter.

A special thank you to Oceans 234 for helping make this evening so special. We truly appreciate your generosity, accommodations, and beautiful setting for celebrating our seniors.

Summer kickoff = officially in motion 🌊🤍
So grateful for everyone who came out to our Shaka orientation/kickoff party! Seeing new and returning volunteers, families, and surfers together reminded me why this program means so much. We have such an amazing community and we’re so excited for the summer season ahead!

A huge reminder — our merch fundraiser is LIVE! These shirts and rash guards help support the program and become our Shaka gear for the season ☀️ We need a minimum number of orders for printing, so every share, purchase, and repost truly helps us keep Shaka going for all abilities.
